Nicholas Tommasini
MUNer and Founder. Responsible for organizing national and international Model United Nations conferences.
Nicholas is responsible for organizing national and international United Nations simulations. He holds a diploma in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Florence, where he wrote a thesis on “Energy Diplomacy – The Energy Sector as a Soft Power for International Diplomacy.” He participated in his first United Nations simulation during his fourth year of high school and later volunteered in the field. Nicholas has since advanced to become a project manager for prestigious national and international UN simulations, serving as Secretary General. Currently, he is the chief of staff for over ten international simulations, collaborating with high schools and universities worldwide to organize private and public conferences. An innovator under 35 in the UN simulation sector, he promotes the use of artificial intelligence and gamification in education and communication.
Professor Gianluca Pastori
Teaching leader for International Relations, United Nations, and Diplomacy.
Professor Pastori is the Head of Education in International Relations, United Nations, and Diplomacy. Since May 1, 2016, he has been an Associate Professor of History at the Department of Political and Social Sciences at the Catholic University of Milan, specializing in North America and Europe relations. From 2005 to 2016, he focused on the scientific and disciplinary field SPS-06 (History of International Relations) and has lectured in various related subjects at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan. He also teaches at ISPI–Istituto per gli Studi di Politica Internazionale and is a founding member of the Society for Middle East Studies (SeSaMO) and other scholarly organizations.
Professor Davide Borsani
Teaching leader for International Relations, United Nations, and Diplomacy.
Professor Borsani is an expert in International Relations, United Nations, and Diplomacy, teaching European Integration: History and Politics at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. He collaborates with several organizations, including ISPI, where he is an associate researcher and lecturer. He has presented at the International Congress of Military History and serves as the president’s academic assistant at the CIHM. He also participates in United Nations simulations and NATO exercises, contributing as an editorial secretary and holding other academic roles.
Francesca Sironi De Gregorio
MUNer and Teacher. Teaching leader for International law, Resolutions, and Rules of Procedure of the United Nations.
Francesca is a Professor and Member of the United Nations General Assembly, focusing on International Law, United Nations Resolutions, and rules of procedure. She is pursuing a doctorate in Public International Law at the University of Palermo, with a project on digital evidence in international litigation. She graduated summa cum laude from the Catholic University of Milan in 2019 and has interned at the International Criminal Court. She is a legal collaborator at Genocide Watch and has been a visiting researcher at several prestigious institutions. Her research areas include public international law, international criminal law, and feminist approaches to international law.
Professor Fabrizio Coticchia
Professor Coticchia is a member of the Board of Directors for creating and studying United Nations simulation pathways and advises on International Relations, International Security, and International Organization modules.
Aleksandar Damjanovski
Faculty Advisor
Dr. Damjanovski is a pedagogical advisor and teaches international law and geopolitics at Unicollege SSML in Florence. He is an economic analyst at the Luigi Einaudi Center, participating in the “Measuring Economic Freedom” project. He holds a doctorate in international studies from the University of Trento and has completed internships and research assistantships at various esteemed institutions.
Mattia Michelnageli
Mattia is passionate about life, human dynamics, and innovation. His experience spans both large companies and startups. He believes that real innovation comes from people and their willingness to innovate. He is involved in coaching, co-creation, and providential investment and has been recognized as one of the “7 Innovators of Rome” by Talent Garden. He is a member of Skillando.org’s Board of Directors, founder of Fuckup Nights Malta, and a mentor for the Vatican Hackathon. He has lectured at several universities and is an official Facilitator of Lego Serious Play.
Nicholas Toll
Teaching leader for Soft Skills such as Public Speaking and Negotiation.
He is currently a language expert at La Sapienza University of Rome and the School of Language Mediation in Rome with 20 years’ experience in the academic field.
Collaborates with numerous Schools and Universities in teaching English and Public Speaking in numerous fields of study and activities.
More than ten years experience in application of soft skills in the world of teaching related to Model United Nations and referent for MUN•BELGIUM for the main Schools and Universities in the world for the organization of training courses in Soft Skills that we hold every year in more than 20 countries.
Academic lecturer and communication expert also in the private business world with collaborations in the top 50 international companies to train managers and executives in Public Speaking, Negotiation and Pitch.
Damion Harris
Teaching leader for Soft Skills such as Public Speaking and Negotiation.
Damion is responsible for teaching non-technical skills such as public speaking and negotiation. With over ten years of experience, he trains international executives, managers, and negotiators. His courses in oratory, body language, and negotiation are attended by professionals worldwide. He has worked with many of the 50 largest national and multinational companies.
Domenico Frascà
MUNer and Analyst
Domenico is the CEO and founder of Frascà & Partners, producing geopolitical and political-institutional analyses. He coordinates research on new technologies, defense, and international security. He holds master’s degrees in leadership and strategic analysis and in international relations and European studies. He has completed advanced courses on intelligence and national security and participated in training on UN negotiation processes. He collaborates with various research centers and organizations, focusing on geopolitics, defense, and security.
Veronica Dominante
MUNer and Project Manager
Veronica is a project manager in France. She holds a degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Catholic University of Milan and is pursuing a master’s degree in international security at the University of Groningen. She has been involved in Model United Nations since 2018 and manages institutional relations with North American partners. She has chaired UN committees and coordinated projects and staff for MUN-BELGIUM, focusing on institutional relations with public administrations and international institutions.
